Please note there is no license at the pavilion for alcohol sales, this includes via ticketing.Â
Therefore, particular events, private individuals, other organisations and those wishing to sell alcohol you are required to arrange a Temporary Event Notice (TENs) licence from BANES.
Please discuss with the booking clerk when arranging your date and refer to the Council website for full
information.
www.bathnes.gov.uk/services/business/licences/alcohol-and-entertainment/temporary-event-notices
This must be done at least 10 days prior to your event and BANES levy a charge.
It is essential that a copy of this TENs license is received by our booking clerk at least 7 days prior to
the event along with the balance for your booking.
Please note that the Council will only permit 12 TENs licences for East Harptree Pavilion in any year.
If a license is essential to your event you should check when making your booking that this number has
not already been exceeded before committing to any other costs or bookings.
Please note that a TEN will still be required if you are selling tickets stating that alcohol is "free"
or by donation.
